The rules of contemporary fashion are also in constant flux, being made and broken almost simultaneously. The basic rule of life, however, remains the same: live and let live. It is my goal to achieve a balance between these often conflicting systems of rules. IS FASHION GOOD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH? Fashion is often seen as a superficial industry. For an industry centered around looking and feeling good, superficiality is its least attractive quality. At its core, fashion can be temporary, seasonal, fleeting, capricious, and exclusionary. Even so, it has the potential to be a powerful force for positive change. Beyond trends and styles, fashion serves as a medium for self-expression, empowerment, and even mental health support.

The printing process can take 24 to 36 hours to complete, after which the item is forwarded to the shipping carrier for delivery to you. SIIM.WORLD partners with print on demand suppliers to fulfill our orders. This technology driven, sustainable approach focuses on attaining global sales with local production (production near the origin of the order). By partnering with local hubs, our suppliers minimize waste, emissions, and delivery times. This benefits both customers and the environment. And, with improved product consistency and quality worldwide, our partners help us to reduce waste and carbon emissions. ​ Please allow 2-5 business days in the continental United States and 5-10 business days in Canada and the UK for your order to be processed, packed with love and good vibes and shipped to you! Shipping Rates SIIM.WORLD offers free shipping on all orders in the continental USA only. For orders destined for countries outside the continental USA, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. ​ During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll do our best to keep you updated. Standard Shipping At this time, SIIM.WORLD offers standard shipping only. ​ This is the most economical shipping option with the lowest environmental impact… so it’s not the fastest. Estimated delivery times are based on your location and the location of the fulfillment hub your product will be shipped from. You will see the estimated delivery time at checkout. ​ Note: We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method for your order. Shipping method: Standard Cost: Free with purchase in the continental USA. For all non-US Shipments, International shipping rates will apply. Domestic delivery (US): 2-5 business days Canada & UK: 5-10 business days Expedited Shipping or Express Delivery No expedited shipping options are currently available, however we are working to provide express options for our customers. What countries do we ship to? At this time we are only able to ship to the USA, Canada and the UK. International Shipping SIIM.WORLD ships to the Continental USA, Canada and the UK. For orders destined for countries outside of these three, we recommend that you ship to a US freight forwarder or courier to ensure delivery to your country. ​ While we strive for the best time frame, please note our ship times are an approximation and may vary depending on customs clearance at your destination country: ​ USA: 3-10 business days Canada & UK: 5-10 business days Customs & Duties Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs department. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond our control. Delivery Delays Deliveries may be delayed or even suspended entirely due to shipping restrictions. Shipping Address These important rules must be followed to ensure successful delivery, as not meeting these requirements can result in the order being sent back to the sender. PO Box & Parcel Lockers Delivery to PO box or Parcel Locker is NOT supported for any country at this time and will be returned to the sender. Essential information for all shipping addresses We do not provide address validation services, therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations: ​ The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters. As a result, the shipment will be returned without any further delivery attempts by the carrier. Tracking Your Order If you order multiple items, your order may be split into multiple shipments. Each time a part of your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website. Note: For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security. Lost or Damaged Packages We take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your last expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement. ​ Note: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue. ​ Note: For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
