We want you to love what you ordered! If something’s not right, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment—as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not a sale or custom piece.

Sale items and custom/made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Gifts can be returned for store credit (valid for 12 months).

We cover replacements for damaged or defective items—just send us a photo!

We don’t refund shipping or tax, and returns due to wrong size or changed mind aren’t eligible.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping and must send items to our Florida address. Please use a carrier that offers tracked, signed delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

In its original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns are not accepted for the following:

Custom-made or made-to-order items

Sale or discounted items
-
Items returned due to wrong size, color, or change of mind (especially for Print-On-Demand orders)
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo so we can process a replacement or refund.

Note:
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages unless signed-for delivery is confirmed.
If you return an item and are approved for a refund, we will deduct the cost of outbound shipping (even if it was included in the purchase price) from your refund amount.
Refund Timeline & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

You will receive an email with your refund timeline estimate
If your return is denied, you’ll be contacted with further instructions.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please double check your bank or payment account. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
