Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SIIM.WORLD!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of the shipment of your order.
If 30 days have passed since the date your item was shipped, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product purchase. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please note that we do not refund the shipping cost or sales tax – only the pre-tax price of the item is refunded.


For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


SIIM.WORLD offers free shipping, but that does not mean that there isn’t a shipping cost. The initial outbound shipping cost of your item is included as part of the item purchase price. However, if for whatever reason you receive a refund, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged/ replacement product to reach you may vary.


Please note also that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is sent with a carrier that can guarantee hand delivery to a recipient.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The timeframe for return of funds is dependent on your original payment method and their processing time. We will email you with an estimated timeframe within which your funds will be returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please double check your bank or payment account. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
