Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours and sent for printing. The printing process can take 24 to 36 hours to complete, after which the item is forwarded to the shipping carrier for delivery to you.

 

SIIM.WORLD partners with print on demand suppliers located in over 30 countries to fulfill our orders. This technology driven, sustainable approach focuses on attaining global sales with local production (production near the origin of the order). By partnering with local hubs, our suppliers minimize waste, emissions, and delivery times. This benefits both customers and the environment. And, with improved product consistency and quality worldwide, our partners help us to reduce waste and carbon emissions.

Please allow 2-5 business days in the United States and 10-30 business days for International orders for your order to be processed and packed with love and good vibes!

Shipping Rates

SIIM.WORLD offers free shipping on all orders.

During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll do our best to keep you updated.

Standard Shipping

At this time, SIIM.WORLD offers standard shipping only.

This is the most economical shipping option with the lowest environmental impact… so it’s not the fastest. Estimated delivery times are based on your location and the location of the fulfillment hub your product will be shipped from. You will see the estimated delivery time at checkout.

No expedited shipping options are currently available, however we are working to provide express options for our customers.

SIIM.WORLD ships globally!

However… for all of us in the Caribbean, that doesn’t apply to us. Due to the draconian customs regulations in the region, orders destined for the Caribbean should be shipped to a US freight forwarder or courier. (Yes Jamaica, that means you too!)

While we strive for the best time frame, please note these ship times are an approximation and may vary depending on customs clearance at your destination country:

Shipping Address

These important rules must be followed to ensure successful delivery, as not meeting these requirements can result in the order being sent back to the sender.

 

PO Box & Parcel Lockers

Delivery to PO box or Parcel Locker is NOT supported for any country at this time and will be returned to the sender.

 

Essential information for all shipping addresses

We do not provide address validation services, therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:

The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters. See example below:

Shipping to Germany

There are specific shipping requirements for orders delivered to home addresses in Germany. It is crucial for you, the customer, to adhere to the guidelines below to ensure a successful delivery. For a successful home delivery, the following should be provided:

Recipient’s name (matching the name on the apartment building)

Street address and house number

Apartment number (if applicable)

Floor number (optional)

Zip code

Country

If you don’t provide the listed information, the carrier might be unable to identify your apartment. As a result, the shipment will be returned without any further delivery attempts by the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Deliveries to certain countries may be delayed or even suspended entirely due to shipping restrictions. There may also be temporary shipping restrictions affecting some shipping carriers used by our Print Providers. To check current shipping restrictions for your delivery, please reach out to us.

Customs & Duties

Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs department. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Note: For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your last expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.

Note:

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Note:

For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
