We're thrilled you've chosen our vibsey Jamaican- designed products and want to get them to you safely and efficiently. This policy outlines everything you need to know about shipping your order.
SHIPPING AT SIIM.WORLD — HERE'S WHAT TO KNOW:

  • FREE standard shipping in the continental USA (2–5 days)

  • Custom pieces ship from Jamaica after 2–3 weeks of production

  • Only shipping to the USA right now—but Jamaicans can use ShipMe, SmartPost, or MailPac

  • No P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers

  • Track your order with shipping updates by email

Order Processing

Print on Demand Products

Most print-on-demand items are processed within 24 hours and sent for printing. Printing takes about 1–2 days, and once ready, your item is shipped from the fulfillment hub nearest to you.

We work with local print partners around the world to reduce waste, shorten delivery times, and lower our environmental impact.

Delivery Time (USA): Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Disclaimer: We are not affiliated with or responsible for third-party shipping services (e.g. Printify). Tracking availability may vary depending on the fulfiller.

​Custom-Made SIIM Pieces

Each custom SIIM garment is made to order in Jamaica and reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and intentional design.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

 

Once ready:

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available)

  • Items ship from Kingston, Jamaica

  • Shipping timelines vary based on your location and courier

 

Note: Shipping costs for custom items are calculated separately and are not included in the product price. Free shipping does not apply to custom orders.

Where We Ship

Shipping Within the USA

We currently ship only to the continental United States. Standard shipping is FREE for all print-on-demand orders in this region.

Shipping to Jamaica

Our checkout system doesn’t currently support direct shipping to Jamaica due to tracking limitations.

 

But good news — Jamaican customers can still shop using local courier services like:

 

How it works:

  • Sign up with one of the services above

  • Use your U.S. courier address at checkout

  • Your courier will bring your order to Jamaica

 

Note: SIIM is not affiliated with these couriers and can't guarantee delivery or offer tracking beyond the U.S.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping Policy: We offer free standard shipping on all Print-On-Demand (POD) orders shipped within the continental USA. (2–5 business days)
    Note: This offer does not apply to Custom-made SIIM pieces, International orders or Courier-forwarded shipments (e.g., via ShipMe, MailPac)

  • Express Shipping: Not available at this time

  • Custom Orders: Shipped via FedEx, UPS, or similar (rates vary)

  • We reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. For security, we may require a signature for high-value deliveries.

Shipping Address Guidelines

No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

Address must use Latin characters (A–Z only)

Include apartment or suite number if applicable

Double-check for accuracy — SIIM doesn’t verify addresses, and incorrect info can lead to failed delivery

Duties & Customs Fees

If your courier ships outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. These are not included in your order total.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your item hasn’t arrived or arrived damaged, contact us at info@siim.world within 14 days of your last expected delivery date. We’ll work to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

​Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned due to wrong size, color, or change of mind (especially for Print-On-Demand orders)

 

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo so we can process a replacement or refund.

​

Note: For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
