Free shipping applies only to Print-On-Demand products shipped within the continental United States. Custom-made items are excluded.

Title and risk of loss for products purchased from the Store pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the importation of products into your country.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our Store. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns and exchanges are not available for Print-On-Demand items due to incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

Custom-made SIIM pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective or damaged.
